Welcome to HeartBeat Entertainment. By accessing our website, booking our entertainment services, or ordering custom media, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a professional, transparent, and high-quality experience for every client.

1. Services Provided

HeartBeat Entertainment offers bespoke event solutions, including:

  • Children’s & Family Entertainment Packages.

  • Live Music & Venue Residencies ("The Jam").

  • Digital & Hard Copy Invitations.

  • Memorial Videos & Tribute Posters.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • Digital & Print Services: Payment for all digital invitations, memorial videos, and printed posters must be made in full at the time of order before any design work commences.

  • Event & Performance Services: Pricing for live entertainment and residencies is decided on a customer-by-customer basis. Quotes are tailored to the specific duration, location, and requirements of your event.

  • Deposits: To secure a specific date for a live performance, a non-refundable deposit (agreed upon during the quoting process) is required.

  • Balance Payments: For all live event services, the remaining balance must be settled in full no later than 48 hours before the event start time.

3. Media Design & Review Process

  • The Two-Review Limit: To ensure projects stay on schedule, each media order (Invitations, Memorial Videos, and Posters) includes two rounds of reviews.

  • Revisions: After the initial draft is presented, you may request changes. Once two sets of revisions are completed, any further substantial changes may incur an additional design fee.

  • Final Approval: HeartBeat Entertainment is not responsible for errors (such as spelling, grammar, or incorrect dates) once the final "Proof" has been approved by the customer.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Bespoke Handling: We understand that event circumstances can change. Therefore, cancellations and refunds are handled on a customer-by-customer basis.

  • Considerations: When reviewing a refund request, we consider the timing of the notice, the type of event, and any work already completed or costs incurred (such as custom design time or printing materials).

  • Our Commitment: If HeartBeat Entertainment is forced to cancel due to an unforeseen emergency, a full refund of all monies paid will be issued immediately.

5. Intellectual Property & Promotion

  • Creative Ownership: HeartBeat Entertainment retains the copyright to all original designs and creative arrangements. You are granted a personal license to use and share the final media for your specific event.

  • Promotional Use: We reserve the right to capture photos or short video clips of live performances for use on our website and social media. If you wish for your event to remain private, please notify us in writing at the time of booking.

6. Safety & Conduct

  • For all children’s entertainment, a parent or legal guardian must be present at all times. HeartBeat Entertainment staff are professional entertainers, not childminders or supervisors.

  • We reserve the right to cease a performance immediately if the environment becomes unsafe or if our staff are subjected to inappropriate conduct.

7. Limitation of Liability

HeartBeat Entertainment’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
